Premier Service
Some homeowners may not be in the market for a new home after their current home sells. For this reason A Choice Realty designed the Premier Service Program. As partners, it is important for the homeowner to save as much money as possible. The Premier Service Plan does just that. Rather than the 6% "Standard Commission" charged by other companies, A Choice Realty lowers the commission to just 4.5%. The Buyer's Agent receives his/her 3% commission, but A Choice Realty lowers the Listing Commission to JUST $495 + 1.5%!
The Signature and Premier Programs are both full service packages. Compared to the standard commission programs offered by the majority of real estate firms, these programs are designed to save thousands of dollars in commission while providing a full menu of services including but not limited to:

A Choice Realty was created by homeowners like yourself. After conducting a nationwide study, exploring the different concepts and ideas of various real estate firms, we drafted and distributed several business plans to local homeowners. Our goal was simple--determine which aspects of these plans would produce a superior program, one that would meet or exceed various real estate needs.
